Qualifications

• 3+ years paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Civil litigation experience required.
• Must pass a background/drug screen.
• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with civil case prep through discovery and trial.
• Manage discovery, subpoenas, and tracking responses.
• Summarize medical and employment records; create treatises and chronologies.
