The role requires civil litigation experience, supporting attorneys with trial prep, discovery management, and preparing medical/employment record summaries, with strong organization and reliability. A BA and ABA-approved paralegal certificate are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paralegal experience in civil litigation law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• Experience with paperless files and web-based legal research.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation for civil cases.
• Handle discovery, records management, and medical/employment record summaries.
• Summarize discovery responses and prepare meet-and-confer correspondence.
• Draft motions, including oppositions.
• Organize tasks and manage time under tight deadlines; strong attention to detail.
