Job summary

Heyl Royster seeks a qualified Paralegal for full-time work based in Peoria or Edwardsville, IL. The role supports a high-volume civil litigation practice with emphasis on organizing files, deadlines, and discovery, and requires strong communication and teamwork.

The base pay range is $22.00–$28.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life/ADD, disability coverage, a 401K match, paid vacation and holidays. Hybrid work may be available after six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year civil litigation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with electronic document management systems is required.
