Job description

Established law practice is expanding and hiring a Litigation Paralegal. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with regular opportunities for pay increases based on performance. This is an in-office and work-from-home opportunity.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience. Individuals with experience in personal injury, personal injury plaintiff, PIP, or insurance defense litigation are encouraged to apply. Must have experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, including preparing discovery, motions, scheduling hearings, etc.

Responsibilities include managing PI litigation cases through settlement. Trial experience is not required.
