The Lane Law Firm in Houston is seeking an experienced civil litigation paralegal to join its Property Insurance Claims team. This role focuses on denied or undervalued property insurance claims across Texas, not personal injury or car wrecks.
Mandatory civil litigation paralegal experience is required; property insurance litigation is a plus. We emphasize teamwork, support from attorneys, and a family-friendly environment. Office location is Southwest Houston with a move planned in 2027.
Our growing plaintiff's litigation firm is adding an experienced civil litigation paralegal position. This position will work in our Property Insurance Claims group where we fight previously denied or undervalued property insurance claims all across the state of Texas.
We help property owners with denied or undervalued insurance claims (wind, freeze, flood, fire, etc.) This is NOT personal injury or car wrecks.
Civil litigation experience is required, and property insurance litigation is an advantage.
We work in a teamwork-style and family-friendly environment. You will work with and be supported by our client relationship team, other paralegals, and attorneys.

We value teamwork and clear communication. Cases are assigned an attorney, paralegal, a case manager, & legal assistant. These non-attorney team members are instrumental in the overall support and success of cases. They are responsible for client intake, billing/collections, document coordination, the drafting of pleadings, discovery, and motions, day-to-day client relations, e-filing, and other tasks.

Compensation is salary plus outcome-based bonuses, not just the number of hours you personally bill. We pay for all licensing, continuing education, and encourage professional growth in a variety of ways. You will be given a running start via assignment of cases from our substantial client base.
