Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with strong Texas law expertise to join our on‑site team. This is a senior‑level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced litigation setting and enjoys working closely with attorneys and team members in‑office.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Support the Team
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior paralegals
  • Ensure high‑quality, consistent work across the team
• Discovery & Case Strategy
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch
  • Develop case‑specific legal strategies based on facts and law
• Legal Drafting
  • Prepare petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal courts
  • Draft motions, including motions to compel
• Jury Charge Development
  • Create precise jury charges to guide case strategy
  • Align discovery and pleadings with key legal elements
• Evidence & Case Management
  • Review and analyze discovery, medical records, and case evidence
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and strategically aligned
• Trial Preparation
  • Prepare detailed trial binders and support attorneys during trial
  • Coordinate and organize all necessary trial materials
• Deadline Management
  • Track court deadlines and ensure timely filings

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Litigation Paralegal
