Job summary

W3Global in Annapolis, Maryland seeks a motivated Litigation Attorney to join its civil litigation practice, focusing on real estate title disputes. The attorney will handle cases from intake to resolution, advocate in court, and interact with clients directly.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., Maryland bar in good standing, and at least three years of civil litigation experience; admission to DC or VA bar a plus. The role offers growth, a bonus program, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Maryland Bar membership in good standing.
• Admission to the D.C. and/or Virginia Bar preferred.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Real estate litigation or title dispute experience is a plus.
• Portable book of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial client consultation through resolution or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Oversee discovery, document review, and witness preparation.
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress, legal strategy, and expectations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on complex litigation matters.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
