Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests and responses, and other legal filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review and witness preparation.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case strategy, status updates, and expectations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on complex litigation matters.
• Handle confidential client matters with professionalism and discretion.

McKenna Russo is seeking a litigation attorney to join our growing civil litigation practice. We represent individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil matters, with a particular emphasis on real estate title disputes. Our litigation team is known for providing strategic, practical, and client-focused representation while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys courtroom advocacy, strategic problem-solving, and working directly with clients from the initial consultation through trial or resolution. The ideal candidate is motivated, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled legal counsel and manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests and responses, and other legal filings
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations

• Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000
