Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license and good standing.
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with contested matters, depositions, motions, and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters through multiple stages of the case lifecycle.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and court appearances.
• Research legal issues and develop practical litigation strategies.
• Prepare and argue dispositive and procedural motions.
• Handle settlement negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with trial preparation and take on increasing responsibility based on experience.
• Work on a diverse range of civil disputes, including matters involving transportation and related industries.
