Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license required; Pennsylvania admission preferred.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience independently managing litigation cases, drafting motions, and handling discovery.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Experience tracking billable hours and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from initial consultation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, negotiations, and settlements.
• Handle discovery, legal research, and case strategy development.
• Advise individuals and businesses on litigation matters and disputes.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to deliver results.
• Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and accurate billable time records.
