Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• 1+ year of personal injury litigation strongly preferred.
• Strong legal writing, communication, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Courtroom, deposition, and motion practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Develop case strategy and work closely with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, experts, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
• Evaluate claims, analyze evidence, and advocate aggressively on behalf of injured clients.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide exceptional client service.
