Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in CA.
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense/general liability).
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation, including insurance defense and personal injury claims.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in dispute resolution for clients.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and depositions.
