Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions, and handle written discovery.
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients and provide strategic case guidance.
