The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota with at least two years of experience, strong research and writing skills, and excellent advocacy at motions and trial. Ability to organize and multi-task is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Represent businesses and individuals in general civil litigation, including personal injury and employment claims.
• Defend workers’ compensation claims in litigation before state agencies and courts.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and written briefs; summarize findings for clients.
• Conduct legal research, draft memos, and provide case strategy recommendations.
• Attend hearings and trials; coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
