Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience preferred with regular trial and courtroom experience.
• GA Bar Admission is required.
• Creditors rights bankruptcy experience a plus; criminal or personal injury experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs with attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process including depositions, document requests, and evidence gathering.
• Communicate with clients about case progress and provide clear explanations of legal matters.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
