Responsibilities

• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and briefs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process, including depositions and document requests.
• Communicate case progress to clients with clear explanations of legal matters.
