Qualifikationen

• Active California Bar license required.
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience; more senior attorneys welcome.
• Experience drafting motions or pleadings and managing written discovery.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Interest in hands-on litigation and client advocacy.
• Insurance or public entity defense experience is a plus.

Join our Sacramento office and enjoy working closely with a team of experienced litigators. This is an in-person opportunity offering direct collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on involvement in active cases.

Note

Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in California, have 1+ years of civil litigation experience, and have hands-on experience drafting litigation pleadings or motions and handling written discovery. We welcome both newer and experienced attorneys who are comfortable working on-site in Sacramento.
