Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse civil litigation caseload while working closely with experienced attorneys and clients throughout New Jersey and the surrounding region.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling matters through all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Our litigation practice represents clients in a broad range of matters, including insurance defense, general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, construction litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, public entity defense, and commercial litigation.
This role provides significant responsibility, meaningful client interaction, courtroom experience, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. Admission to New York and/or Pennsylvania is a plus. We also offer a hybrid work schedule to support work-life balance.
