A leading law firm in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to manage cases from start to finish. You will work closely with clients and expert witnesses while contributing to defense strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of insurance defense experience, strong leadership skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Qualifications

About the Role

Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to provide meaningful, hands‑on involvement in cases from start to finish. The position offers the chance to work closely with clients, insureds, and expert witnesses while making significant contributions to defense strategies across a wide range of matters.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of insurance defense experience, a strong background in civil litigation and leadership, and be licensed to practice in Wisconsin (or eligible for admission).

Key Responsibilities (MUST BE LICENSED IN WI)

• Manage litigation files independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Conduct fact investigations and incident‑site inspections.
• Work directly with clients, insureds, and expert witnesses.
• Handle document productions and discovery tasks.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition.
