The Opportunity

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience who excels at strategic problem-solving and preventive lawyering. You will:

• Develop cost-conscious litigation strategies prioritizing resolution and delivering efficient trial advocacy when needed.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive and procedural motions, and conduct/defend depositions.
• Manage discovery, case calendars, and client communications from intake through verdict or settlement.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine checklists and training materials that advance our preventive approach.

What You’ll Bring

• 0-3 years of hands-on civil-litigation experience (hearings, trials, depositions, motion practice).
• Superior analytical, research, writing, and client-communication skills.
• Familiarity with California and, ideally, Central Valley court rules and procedures.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in the State Bar of California.
• A mindset that values practical solutions, collegial teamwork, and efficient use of client resources.
