Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join a California-based litigation practice in Southern California in a hybrid role.

You will lead catastrophic personal injury and complex defense matters, with opportunities for first- and second-chair trial experience and significant deposition work. Required: active California Bar in good standing and 5+ years of civil litigation, strong writing/research, and willingness to travel within Southern California.

Take the lead on high-exposure litigation with a respected California litigation practice.

An established and growing California litigation firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its team in Southern California. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated litigation, wants meaningful responsibility, and is looking to gain substantial deposition and trial experience in a collaborative environment.

You’ll work on high-value, complex civil litigation matters while receiving the support and mentorship needed to continue advancing your career.

What You’ll Handle

• Catastrophic personal injury litigation
• Court appearances and case management
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Taking and defending fact and expert depositions
• Working directly with clients, insurance carriers, and expert witnesses
• Site inspections and case strategy
• Opportunities for first- and second-chair trial experience

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
