The position offers autonomy to manage a diverse civil caseload from inception through trial, with mentorship of junior attorneys and opportunities to expand the firm’s client relationships. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of civil litigation experience, strong deposition and motion practice, and a proven ability to lead matters with minimal supervision.

• Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, and other filings.

The Senior Litigation Attorney will independently manage a diverse caseload of complex civil litigation matters while serving as a strategic advisor to clients and mentor to junior attorneys. WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

• Independently manage a complex civil litigation caseload from inception through trial and resolution.
• Handle a variety of matters involving business disputes, real estate litigation, contract disputes, and related commercial litigation matters.
• Serve as lead counsel in depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial proceedings.
• Develop litigation strategy, oversee discovery, and manage all aspects of case progression.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, and other key litigation filings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and strategic counsel.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys while contributing to the overall development of the litigation team.
• Participate in business development efforts and help expand the firm's client base and market presence.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 7+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong experience handling business litigation, real estate disputes, contract litigation, or related commercial matters.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation caseload with minimal supervision.
• Significant deposition, motion practice, mediation, and courtroom experience.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong client relationship management and communication abilities.
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating within a team environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in contributing to practice growth and long-term firm success.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers a highly competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $260,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise. In addition, the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, paid time off, professional development support, and long-term growth opportunities.
