Gyoury-Hales Search is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta litigation practice. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure and a chance to develop trial skills alongside seasoned attorneys.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in civil litigation, is admitted to the Georgia Bar and is adept at depositions, research and drafting. Base salary starts at $135,000 with two bonus structures and comprehensive benefits.

A well-established litigation firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing Atlanta practice.

The Role

You will handle a diverse civil litigation caseload and play an active role in case strategy and development, including:

• Representing clients at hearings, depositions and trials
• Taking and defending depositions
• Conducting legal research
• Drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents
• Developing litigation and defense strategies
• Advising clients and providing regular case updates
• Working directly with partners and other experienced litigators
• Preparing matters for trial

About You

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active member in good standing of the Georgia Bar
• Experience taking and leading depositions
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
