The role offers hands-on client work, depositions, court appearances, and business development.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Engineering degree required.
• Strong work ethic and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction & design litigation matters, including depositions and court appearances.
• Interact with clients, developers, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors.
• Engage in pre-trial discovery, motions, and complex document production.
