You will manage civil matters from evaluation to resolution, draft pleadings, conduct research, and handle discovery and hearings, with direct client contact and a focus on practical representation.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Georgia bar in good standing.
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
• Ability to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Represent businesses, individuals, fiduciaries, property owners, and government clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy with firm attorneys.
• Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, and other litigation stages.
• Maintain clear client communication and manage case deadlines.
