Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings and trials.
• Participate in mediations and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Help develop litigation strategy.
• Contribute to growth of the firm's litigation practice.
