Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Raleigh, North Carolina, seeks an Associate Attorney to handle sophisticated family law matters, including complex litigation and military family law, with mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.

You will participate in client meetings, discovery, hearings and trials, collaborate with seasoned lawyers, and develop skills in strategy, writing, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Family law experience preferred but not required.
• Litigation experience is a plus.
• Military experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and strategy development.
• Engage in discovery, negotiations, hearings, and trials.
• Contribute to mediations and depositions.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex family law cases.
