Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and good standing.
• +3 years of experience in general civil litigation.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Must sit where there is an office for this firm - across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Take and defend depositions
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as appropriate
