Job summary

Larson & Gaston LLP in Pasadena, CA seeks an Associate Litigation Attorney with at least four years of California civil litigation experience to join our team. You will work closely with partners, manage active matters, and take ownership of cases while developing as a well‑rounded advocate.

Ideal candidates will have experience in employment law, class actions, and drafting/negotiating transactional documents. A flexible hybrid schedule follows onboarding.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of California civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Experience in depositions, hearings, and settlements.
• Experience in business/transportation/employment/class action defense is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations, dispositive motions, and trial materials.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other professionals.
• Represent clients in disputes involving business, employment, transportation, insurance, or real estate matters.
