The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters and will be comfortable working independently while collaborating with attorneys, clients, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Take and defend depositions
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as appropriate

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
