Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in civil litigation or related practice areas is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and case documents meticulously.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings including hearings, and, depending on experience, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Develop strategies and collaborate with senior attorneys on case management.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, case files, and client communications.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, an effective communicator, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in litigation and client advocacy are essential.
