Madison Law is seeking an accomplished Civil Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join our growing Orange County practice in a senior-level role.
We are looking for an experienced attorney who can independently manage sophisticated litigation matters, develop strategy, advise clients, take and defend depositions, handle substantive hearings and mediations, and move cases efficiently from inception through trial or resolution.
This is an opportunity for an established litigator who wants autonomy, meaningful client responsibility, and the ability to play an important role in the continued growth of a successful law firm.
We are particularly interested in attorneys who bring strong judgment and practical litigation experience and who enjoy taking ownership of their matters rather than operating within a highly layered firm structure.
At this stage of your career, you should not need to wait for someone to give you meaningful responsibility.
Madison Law offers experienced attorneys the opportunity to take ownership of matters, work directly with clients, exercise judgment, mentor other attorneys, and have a meaningful voice within the firm's litigation practice. For attorneys interested in developing business, we also offer opportunities to benefit financially from client origination and practice growth. If you are an experienced California litigator considering your next move, we welcome a confidential conversation—even if you are not actively searching.
California Bar membership is required. All inquiries and discussions will be treated confidentially.
