Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience drafting substantive motions and managing litigation matters.
• Deposition experience strongly preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize cases, and work collaboratively.
• Motivated to grow professionally and take ownership of meaningful legal work.

Responsibilities

Location

Newport Beach, CA | On‑site with flexibility. We offer a collaborative, office‑based environment with flexibility to work from home when needed. Candidates must reside in Orange County. We are also open to exceptional candidates for our Oakland, CA office.

Note

Candidates must have an active California Bar license, 1+ years of civil litigation experience, and the ability to work on‑site. We’re especially interested in attorneys who enjoy taking ownership of cases and want to grow their litigation careers.
