Job Title: Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

1. Assist in the preparation and litigation of civil and medical malpractice cases
2. Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
3. Participate in client meetings and case strategy sessions
4. Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as before regulatory agencies
5. Collaborate with senior attorneys in case development and trial preparation
6. Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients under the supervision of senior attorneys

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, or related practice area
• Proven experience in managing case files and supporting trial preparation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
