gpac is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 1+ years of experience to handle complex business disputes and provide substantial case responsibility. You will have direct client interaction, involvement in depositions, and courtroom exposure in a growing litigation practice.

The role offers growth through mentorship, opportunities to work with experienced litigators, and exposure to all phases of commercial litigation, including drafting, discovery, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery.
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and multiple matters.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
