Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys with hearing and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents
• Handle written discovery, including requests and responses
• Manage case deadlines, dockets, and client communications
• Communicate with opposing counsel, court clerks, and judicial chambers
• Attend and conduct procedural and administrative hearings; support overall case strategy and litigation management

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected salary range: $85,000 – $140,000+ annually, depending on experience
