You will work closely with experienced litigators on a broad range of matters, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery and deadlines, and participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation in a fast-moving, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys with hearing and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents
• Handle written discovery, including requests and responses
• Manage case deadlines, dockets, and client communications

• Attend and conduct procedural and administrative hearings
• Support overall case strategy and litigation management
