Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed schedules for major civil and infrastructure projects across Louisiana. The role requires close collaboration with Project Managers, Superintendents, and engineers to ensure accurate planning and reporting throughout project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have strong CPM knowledge, Primavera P6 expertise, and experience with earned value management and time impact analyses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience supporting civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong CPM scheduling and schedule analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules for large civil projects using Primavera P6.
• Create baseline schedules and progress tracking against milestones and contractual deliverables.
• Analyze schedule variances and provide mitigation and recovery recommendations.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, resource-loaded schedules, and productivity reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for updates.
• Support change orders, delay claims, and earned value management analysis.
