Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a civil engineer for client-facing infrastructure projects in the U.S. This role involves data collection, design support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and high-quality outcomes.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3–5 years of experience, and an Engineer in Training certification. Proficiency with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS is preferred. Travel may be project-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant post-education civil engineering experience.
• Engineer in Training Certification.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, design/build, and permitting processes.
• Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from sites, plans, GIS data, and other sources for project development and construction.
• Perform civil engineering work and inspect site conditions for conformance with rules and permits.
• Support design requirements and operating strategies to ensure safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and professionals to execute projects and prepare documentation.
