Verdantas seeks a Group Leader - Civil Engineering to lead the Delaware and Maryland teams. You will provide strategic direction, manage multidisciplinary projects, and strengthen Verdantas’ market presence through external engagement and internal collaboration.

The role emphasizes transportation, municipal, and civil/site services with a focus on growth across the Delmarva region. A PE or PMP and strong industry relationships are highly valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 25+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, consulting, or public-sector infrastructure services.
• PE or PMP preferred; Delaware/Maryland licensure advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provide visible, accountable local leadership for Delaware and Maryland teams.
• Represent Verdantas with municipal, state, and private-sector clients across Delmarva.
• Develop pursuit strategies and proposals to support strategic growth in the region.
• Coordinate cross-service delivery (transportation, municipal, civil, survey, geotechnical, environmental, water resources).
• Ensure project delivery aligns with schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
