Job summary

TCI | Timberline Communications is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman in Canton, MA. The Foreman will oversee concrete foundation installations for wireless sites and manage a small crew to meet performance standards and safety protocols.

Candidates should have over 5 years of civil works experience, leadership skills, and preferably hold an OSHA 30 certification. This role offers competitive compensation and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in civil works, preferably on wireless sites.
• 3+ years’ experience leading a construction crew.
• Hydraulics license.
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the installation of concrete foundations.
• Manage a 2–3 person crew ensuring safety and performance standards.
• Communicate project plans to labor crews and vendors.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and designs.
• Execute multiple concrete forming and pouring methods.
