Ames Construction seeks a skilled foreman to lead on-site crews for heavy civil construction projects in Van Wert, OH. You will supervise daily activities, enforce safety standards, and interpret plans to meet production goals.

The role requires reading plans, coordinating with project management, and ensuring timely timecard submissions across field teams. Travel to various job sites may be required, with a focus on safe, efficient execution.

Competenze

Experience as a foreman or supervisor in the Heavy Highway/Civil Construction industry.
Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safe construction practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Proficient with power and non-power hand tools and construction equipment.
