Ames Construction is hiring a Carpenter Foreman to supervise daily field operations on heavy highway, bridge, and civil projects in Pt. Pleasant, WV. You will lead carpentry crews, ensure safety, read plans, and work with project management to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong carpentry knowledge, ability to interpret plans and specs, OSHA safety awareness, and proven leadership for on‑site success in a demanding outdoor environment.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of carpentry practices and formwork.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• OSHA safety awareness and safe construction practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safety‑first culture on all job sites.
• Provide direct on‑site supervision and leadership to crews.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and work requirements.
• Coordinate with management to schedule daily activities to meet goals.
• Review and submit crew timecards weekly.
• Identify and resolve field issues as they arise.
