Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Civil Engineer with strong site development experience to support utility-scale renewable projects, including solar, BESS, and wind. You will lead onsite oversight of grading, roads, foundations, and drainage, ensure work meets plans and specs, and maintain safe, efficient schedules.

You will coordinate with EPC partners and subcontractors, support inspections and site walks, resolve field issues, document actions clearly, and serve as EPS's onsite

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day onsite oversight of grading, roads, foundations, drainage, and other civil construction activities on utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Overseeing survey and earthwork activities to ensure accuracy and alignment with project plans and specifications.
• Ensuring civil and structural quality through inspections, QA/QC efforts, and compliance with project specifications.
• Overseeing civil subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Monitoring the delivery and progress of project work to meet milestones.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong civil and site development experience to support utility-scale renewable projects including solar, BESS, and wind. In this role, you'll lead onsite oversight of grading, roads, foundations, and drainage activities, ensure work aligns with plans and specifications, support QA/QC efforts, and help keep construction activities safe, efficient, and on schedule. You'll coordinate with EPC partners and subcontractors, support inspections and site walks, resolve field issues, and maintain clear documentation while serving as EPS's onsite representative.

Location & Travel Requirement: This is a full-time, onsite role. Candidates must be available to work five days per week at project sites in the outside the greater Phoenix area.
