Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a Civil/Construction Engineering professional for the ENTS project at Minera Escondida, Chile. You will provide CSA field engineering support to concrete Batch Plant operations, ensuring production, quality and traceability meet project specifications and standards.

The role requires experience with concrete batching, QA/QC, and coordination with QA/QC, labs and subcontractors. Remote/high-altitude site with rigorous safety and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of concrete technology, mix designs and testing per ACI/ASTM and Chilean standards.
• Experience in QA/QC and Bechtel SWPPs.
• Hands-on batch plant operation and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction drawings, schedules, and temporary facilities.
• Manage field material requisitions and quantity takeoffs.
• Verify concrete batch designs and ensure compliance with project specs.
