Job summary

Corridor Contractors, LLC. is seeking a Civil Earthwork Estimating / Project Manager in Washington state. The role focuses on accurate cost estimation for earthwork and utilities, and overseeing heavy civil projects from pre-construction to closeout.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in HCSS HeavyBid and Primavera P6, strong earthwork knowledge, and experience liaising between clients, estimators, and on-site superintendents. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for earthwork and utilities.
• Review proposals, specs, drawings; attend pre-bid meetings.
• Lead project documentation and meetings; represent company in meetings.
• Serve as lead liaison between clients, estimators, and on-site superintendents.
• Experience in civil heavy civil, earthwork, and underground utilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and pricing.
• Oversee heavy civil projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate materials delivery and scheduling.
• Represent the company in client meetings and reviews.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving options.
