The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of civil estimation experience, familiarity with RSMeans and PlanSwift, and CAD proficiency is a plus. Travel up to 20% is expected in a fast-paced environment.

The Civil Estimator is responsible for developing and overseeing the civil construction scope, quantity takeoffs, pricing, and proposal development associated with commercial Electric Vehicle (EV) charging installation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial construction practices and the ability to accurately interpret and estimate from construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents of varying complexity.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience estimating civil construction activities and is capable of developing comprehensive, competitive, and accurate estimates while identifying project risks, scope gaps, and value-engineering opportunities. This position works closely with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to support successful project pursuits and execution.
This is a salaried position requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, participate in daily virtual meetings, and work independently in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
