Job summary

Marous Brothers Construction, located in Willoughby, Ohio, is seeking a Civil Estimator for our Site Building Group. This role offers a chance to shape project outcomes with analytical thinking and creative approaches on diverse civil/concrete projects.

You will analyze blueprints, prepare cost estimates, conduct site visits, present bids, and collaborate with PMs, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive preconstruction success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil/concrete estimating.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and specs for civil and concrete scopes.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages.
• Conduct site visits and gather field data.
• Present estimates and support preconstruction strategy.
