Job summary

Marous Brothers Construction in Willoughby, Ohio, is seeking a Civil Estimator for our Site Building Group. This role rewards your analytical skills and creativity as you shape labor and material costs for civil and concrete scopes on exciting projects.

You will analyze blueprints and specs, prepare detailed bid packages, conduct field data gathering, present estimates to support preconstruction strategy, and collaborate with PMs, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to win and execute

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil/concrete estimating.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
