Marous Brothers Construction in Willoughby, Ohio, seeks a self-motivated Civil Estimator for our Site Building Group. This role analyzes blueprints and specs for civil and concrete scopes, prepares detailed cost estimates, conducts site visits, and presents estimates to support preconstruction strategy.

You will collaborate with PMs, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil/concrete estimating.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
